The air conditioning in my room was set way too cold upon my arrival, and I struggled for hours to warm it up. Breakfast was a chaotic mess. I was constantly ignored, and my coffee took forever to arrive. It was also frustrating when my food was cleared the moment I stepped away for a couple of minutes.

The breakfast pastries, like the pistachio croissant, were to die for—perfect for a local food lover! The staff were genuinely sweethearts, especially with that 6am coffee service for early departures. Major props for the stunning junior suite, which was fit for royalty with its luxe decor and comfort.

The AC cranked up to Arctic vibes upon arrival, and trying to fix it felt like a game of musical chairs. Breakfast was chaotic, missed out on coffee while my plate did a disappearing act.

My stay was super enjoyable because I could easily stroll to the beautiful Es Baluard Museum, just over a kilometer away, and also take a few steps to the stunning Plaza Mayor, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the vibe of Palma. the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home for me as a solo traveler. The breakfast selection had room for improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
